The kitchen is the heart of the Villa, today as it was 50 years ago, when the restaurant led by Gualtiero Aime was the first 2 Michelin Stars in Piedmont. Today Alessandro Braga is the executive chef of Villa Sassi. He is responsible for taking care of the catering and events proposal, with menus built according to your needs, where creativity, seasonality and quality of raw materials are the fixed points.
