The best location in Turin for weddings is Villa Sassi

In the Turin headquarters of the CNA (National Confederation of Crafts and Small and Medium Enterprises), the historic Turin residence Villa Sassi was awarded as Best wedding location in the third edition of “È-vento di turismo”, an event organized and conceived by Antonio Chiarenza.

We are very proud of this award which comes as recognition at city and regional level.” says Patrizia Reviglio, owner and CEO of Villa Sassi. “Like all catering and hospitality businesses, we come from very difficult years, in which it was not easy to make everything work, maintaining excellent quality. We tried to make the most of the pandemic period, drawing on psychological and economic strengths, to ensure that grit prevailed.. This led us to continue working and investing in Villa Sassi, taking advantage of a moment of forced pause to also do very invasive and strategic work. We made a virtue of necessity and I believe this was the winning card for us”.

THE EVENT AND THE KEYS TO VILLA SASSI'S SUCCESS

Villa Sassi – in the person of Patrizia Reviglio – received the first award in the category Wedding venues, assigned according to qualitative criteria and evaluations by the jury. One above all was the keystone: the rigorous and harmonious organization, essential for the success of a quality event and necessary to make every moment unique and unforgettable.

In the background, but no less important, there is also the choice to take care of all aspects of a wedding, 360°. The Savoy residence, with its 22 hectares of park, not only offers internal and external spaces, but also provides the own private catering service, curated by corporate chef Alessandro Braga, which ensures a level of catering consistent with the beauty of the historic structure. Attention to detail and that recognizable elegance of Turin are the characteristics that make the wedding experience at Villa Sassi unique and of absolute excellence.

Furthermore, in formulating the culinary proposal for each wedding, the chef is available not only to suggest his own idea, but also to meet the needs of the spouses. As in the occasion of a wedding lunch, which is set up in different areas of the Villa (another advantage of the location): the buffet aperitif in the park, served on islands, the Italian lunch in the internal halls and, to conclude, the service of the cake, coffee and liqueurs outside the Villa. As regards the wedding menus, instead, the proposal is always characterised by an essential element: the choice of seasonal and local raw materials.

Numerous Piedmontese businesses in the catering, hospitality and tourism sectors participated in the event. Specifically, the format includes awarding a representative for each of the categories: publishing, film-making, etc. The event is for the city of Turin a moment of reflection and discussion among all the operators in the tourism and local trade sector who, on the occasion of the 3rd edition of the meeting, did not miss the opportunity to reiterate the importance of this historic residence on the Turin hills.
