From aperitif to dinner, up to after dinner, the drinks menu is a combination of the venue's signatures, a selection of drinks developed for the Terrazza Cocchi and the Garden Casamigos, contemporary non-alcoholic drinks and pure spirits.
Kitchen
Divided into two parts, the kitchen menu offers a sharing menu, made up of small tastings that range between tradition and oriental and international influences, and a main course menu for those who prefer a more complete path, with fish, meat and vegetable dishes. In addition, the two tasting menus Cloud9 and Sassi are the best way to discover the contemporary imprint of the chef.
Brunch
On Sundays, from 12:00, inside the Greenhouse during the cold season, and with the arrival of the warm season in the Garden and in the courtyard in front of the villa, brunch is served, which has quickly become a classic at Cloud9. The proposal, both savory and sweet, is accompanied by cocktails designed by the head bartender.
The spaces
The spaces of Cloud9 are developed in several rooms, each with a particular setting. The interiors are a combination of classic architecture and contemporary design, the Terrazza Cocchi and the Garden are the outdoor spaces used in the summer, immersed in the centuries-old park of the Villa, the Serra is the perfect place to enjoy Sunday brunch, the Secret bar is the most intimate corner of Cloud9, where you can relive the suggestions of the prohibition period.

ALESSANDRO BRAGA
Alessandro Braga is the executive chef of Villa Sassi and the American bar Cloud9. Born in 1991 in Rovigo, he arrived in Turin in 2019 but it was the following year that he began collaborating with the Villa. His intention is clear: to relaunch, with class and elegance, a historic place like Villa Sassi, fundamental not only in the hospitality and events sector, but also in that of fine dining.

ROBERTO PALESTINI
Roberto Palestini is the head bartender at Cloud9 who creates the signature cocktails on the menu and the drinks designed in collaboration with Cocchi and Casamigos, the two companies that have embraced the Villa Sassi project and animate the Garden and the Terrace. His cocktails enhance the many botanicals present in the Villa's park and are always designed to pair with the chef's dishes.
